Coastal Grand Resort Ooty

Clean rooms, 24x7 hot water, all basic amenities available like towel, soap, coffee, sugar, drinking water, an electric kettle to warm up drinking water.The staff is polite.There's a little kids playing area.Charges are a little on the higher side but kind of worth it for the view, peacful atmosphere.TV was useless.Extra matress costs extra.Best part is you get the view of Karnataka gardens.Worst part is it is more than a kilometer away from the main road.So if you have own vehicle, or have booked a full day cab. Then consider.If you plan on travelling by end to end cabs, it'll be difficult to book a cab/auto.

rooms are good small though we faced geyser issue it dint work sudnly ,temp was 16degree ,sunrise was beautifulour stay was comfrtblethere is small park for kids to playkarntaka garden is juz viewable from our cottagehigh recommnded for 4 family

Location is good... View is good.... But stay outside.... Dont come in to room.... Rooms are not cleaned.... Not painted.... Not broomed... No electricity... Thank god for beautiful climate else without fan and ac will be horrible... Not maintained... Best think is that bathroom and toilets.... Early morning while going toilet no water.... So better carry newspaper or tissue (who has experienced)... We satyed for two days and those two days experienced the same.... Dont know whether this is added feature by the management team as a part of entertainment. I will not refer to any body.no food service.. Thanks for the management.or if thst could be another problem... Kettle is there but no tea and coffee powder or sachets... No sugar... Paid 32000/- for 2 cottages.... Explanation is may is season time... So they indirectly saying that who asked you to come to ooty during season time.? I will attcah photos I have filed a case regarding this with photos and videos.I repeat outside view is superb....

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Space 4 Resort in Ooty. From the beginning, their service has been highly unprofessional. They insisted on receiving full payment in advance, but once the payment was completed, their attitude completely changed.They have been unresponsive to calls and messages, making it very difficult to get any proper communication or support. Despite repeated attempts to reach them, there has been no satisfactory response or assistance from their side.This kind of behavior is unacceptable, especially in the hospitality industry where customer service should be a priority. Taking full payment upfront and then failing to provide even basic service reflects very poorly on their management.I would strongly advise others to be cautious before booking with this resort. Based on my experience, the lack of communication and poor service makes it not worth the risk.
