I stay here for 2 night and it's excellent experience and staffs are really very good.

Enjoyed a calm and pleasant stay. The location is lovely. The staff were friendly and courteous.

Zakir is always fantastic. Coffee Paradise stands out as one of the most eco-friendly spots 🤠 Staying there was unforgettable for me. We spent two days and never wanted to leave. Every traveler should experience this place. The food was simple, resembling homemade meals. The cost for two days was definitely worth it. Zakir, we still miss you, brother. The manager was very friendly, provided excellent accommodation, treated us well, and took great care of our stay.

Fantastic location. A wonderful spot to relax peacefully for a few days.

1. After booking host asked for 30% advance- after sharing advance no proper confirmation is provided. You can see from the chat photos I have attached how much the host is unresponsive and I had to keep following up2. Directions to the property on google map are incorrect and instructions provided by hotel are insufficient. We got lost and ended up wasting 1.5 hrs due to the muddy jungle roads. If you get lost in rainy season in a normal car or 2 wheeler- you are done for.3. On finally reaching the property, we found out that the rooms did not match the photos at all, they were musty old rooms with stained bedsheets and extremely old furnishings. Things like footmat and bathroom items were so old - that you will get immediate ick by looking at them. Also the photos show the property as green, with swings attached to trees and what not - but in reality they have cut trees all around the property to expand and there is construction material and workers all around. Not the peaceful vibe you are promised4. When we went to the office to speak about this mismatch- specially when they are charging *** for a room per night - the manager asked us to speak to the host on call. She was extremely rude and aggressive and was avoiding the issue saying things like “I am running the property for 2 years, no one has ever complained” when in fact there was another family in the office complaining about the exact same issue as us and they had just spoken to her 5 mins before us. She started yelling at us on call - and we threatened to reach out to the police over her behaviour. She cut the call and quietly called the manager and asked him to return all our money to us and ask us to leave.5. Honestly, as guests you would expect accountability and hospitality from hosts - instead after wasting 2 hours in reaching the property and another hour to then leave - we were left stranded. She could have been honest from the start about the rooms and the high pricing because of holiday season - and we would have taken an informed decision, but deceiving customers and then giving the option to either accept the thievery or leave is just straight up weird. We decided to leave and find another property.I honestly wish her all the bad luck even though she does not need it with that behaviour of hers. The property only runs because of the high influx of people to Chikmaglur. But her behaviour is going to cost her a lot someday.
