Generally a good experience. The location is pleasant. The manager and host are polite and accommodating. The menu is small but the food is delicious.

We were a group of 15 and stayed here for two days, but it turned out to be one of our most disappointing experiences. The basic amenities were poorly maintained: the beds smelled bad and were uncomfortable, the geyser was completely non-functional, and the toilet flush didn't work properly, which was very unpleasant. The food and service were also a letdown. Breakfast on the first day was average but available by 8:30 AM. We informed them in advance that we planned to check out early the next day and requested breakfast by 7:30 AM, but they refused to accommodate us. Even a simple request for bread was denied, citing manager approval and a strict 8 AM start time. When we checked again at 8 AM, they said food wouldn't be ready until 9 AM, forcing us to leave without breakfast. The staff seemed willing to help, but the manager imposed unnecessary restrictions. When we mentioned posting a review, their response was indifferent. This place is far from convenience and not suitable for families. If you expect clean bedding, working hot water, functional toilets, guest-friendly service, flexible breakfast, and professional management, you won't find it here. For family trips, especially with kids or elderly, I recommend choosing another hotel. A beautiful location can't make up for poor upkeep and bad service. Our group left with a very negative impression. Only book if you are ready to face these problems.

This is one of the finest resorts I have ever visited. We enjoyed three amazing nights here, and the experience was truly wonderful. The stunning hill station views, tranquil atmosphere, tasty food, and spacious environment made our stay even more special. There are lots of activities and open areas for children, so our entire family had a great time. The staff were warm and hospitable, and everything was well kept. We definitely plan to return and would highly recommend this resort to friends and family.
