I had an excellent check-in experience at the Element by Monarch Hotel. The location is convenient, particularly for industrial visitors and customers.The rooms and housekeeping services are outstanding, with prompt attention to guest needs.The food and restaurant services are very good. I had a particularly positive experience with the restaurant staff and management, who demonstrated polite, customer-centric support. The hotel manager’s personal attention to guests was commendable. I also observed remarkable improvements in hotel services compared to last year, which motivated me to update my feedback.Suggestions for Further Enhancement:(1) It would be beneficial if mineral water could be provided instead of RO water. While RO water is generally good, frequent travelers may occasionally experience throat discomfort or minor health issues.(2) Guests would greatly appreciate the addition of gym and swimming pool facilities to support daily workouts and wellness routines.Thanking to Raj Patil & Niranjan from restaurant for very good service & support.

It was very pleasant stay.. Rooms are very neat & clean.. Miss. Priya Mahajan took care of my room during my stay..Everyday rooms are cleaned by her , neatly arranged things , replaced Bath essentials & very well maintained. .. All staffs are very kind & polite.. Breakfast & Dinner I had ( Buffet counter) Food varieties & food tastes are awesome. Enjoyed lot .Highly recommended those who Want to stay near to chakan plants for their business trips...

I recently stayed at Element Hotel in Chakan, and my experience was truly wonderful. The staff were extremely kind, polite, and helpful throughout my stay.A special mention to Pinky and Kritesh at the reception ’ they were always welcoming, attentive, and quick to assist with anything I needed. Their professionalism and friendly nature made the check-in and stay much smoother.I would also like to appreciate Mr. Ashish Goesh, who ensured that everything was taken care of perfectly.
