FabHotel Blue Moon Home Stay

I recently stayed at FabHotel Bluemoon, and sadly, it was one of the worst hotel experiences I've encountered. The room was very messy and poorly kept. There were no adequate curtains, making the room feel exposed and uncomfortable. The bed was smaller than a standard queen size, and once placed, there was hardly any space left to move around. The room felt cramped, stifling, and badly planned. The receptionist was impolite and showed no basic courtesy or professionalism, lacking any proper guest interaction skills. Parking was another big problem — there was almost no proper parking space, which added to the inconvenience. I stayed only because a friend booked it quickly for his wedding plans, so I had little choice. Otherwise, I would never have picked this hotel. Overall, it was a very disappointing and poor stay. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone.

The photos on the website do not accurately reflect the actual conditions. While the linens were generally clean, the overall room cleanliness was insufficient, particularly the intercom and the floor. Toiletries provided were limited to soap and shampoo. The bathroom drainage was quite bad. The staff was helpful, and the hotel is within walking distance of the closest metro station.

Problem is not with hotel, problem is this platform itself. They don't pay the hotel, booked 3 rooms. For one booking paid *** however this platform paid only *** to hotel. For other booking, paid *** but this platform paid *** only.

Hotel is good, service boys are good as well. Problem is with this platform. Paid full amount of 3764 whereas this platform paid only 1615 to hotel initially. Hence hotel was not agreed to provide the room. Future onward try to book hotel directly, not using this platform
