I had a very disappointing experience with the hotel booked through Agoda.The room provided was completely different from what was shown in the pictures. It was very dirty and not maintained at all. The washroom didn’t even have basic facilities like handwash.There was no proper food arrangement available, and the electricity was continuously going off, which made the stay even worse.Additionally, I was charged extra money“I have attached images as proof. I strongly do not recommend this hotel to anyone.”

Very Bad experience, staff behavior is pathetic.. They are talking very unprofessional and always asking money for any services which are even included in package while booking.. Also they are not giving exactly room which was booked but they are giving lower grade room for stay.. You should remove this hotel from ur website otherwise they will dent ur brand value
