I had a very bad experience at the hotel. Firstly, when I called the hotel, they said the booking was void, even though the payment was complete. Upon arriving, I asked about call then they said that "We haven't received any calls."Then, the room wasn't even cleaned. There was water on the floor of the room. When I asked them to clean, they refused to clean it. When I called the manager, they said, "It's happened because they cleaned the washroom and they give mat to us but didn't clean it.And the members and the manager there doesn't had good behavior and attitude to visitors & not communicating properly, not cooperating, and speaking with a completely bad attitude. Also, the hotel is serviced by Oyo, but there's no maintenance at all.Following our problems: Continuous power outages There wasn't even backup in such a large hotel.When I asked for drinking water, they said it hot water & if you want normal then you have to buy packaged drinking water seperatelyThere was no hand wash or bathroom kit, not even a towel.

Extremely irritating and disappointing experience.The lady receptionist behaved very rudely and spoke in a disrespectful manner throughout. Her attitude was insulting, making us feel unwelcome and uncomfortable, as if we were not supposed to be there. There was zero professionalism and no basic courtesy in her behavior. And applied extra fake charges .The lodge itself was in very poor condition. It was not clean at all, and even the most basic requirements were missing. No towels, no drinking water, and no essential amenities were provided. The geyser was not working, which made it even more inconvenient. There was not even a caretaker available to assist with anything, which made the entire stay frustrating.It felt like there was no support available at all. Even for food, I had to go out myself and arrange it, as there was no support or service provided by the lodge.Despite such poor service and conditions, they charge very high prices, which is completely unacceptable. This place has no sense of hospitality or customer care.Highly not recommended. Worst and most irritating experience ever.
