It was a great experience at the hotel , the staff & facilities was amazing .
Everything about the hotel was fine except for the reception service, key card hassle, and parking management: Long wait times: There were only two staff members at reception handling both check-ins and check-outs. During peak hours, the queue gets very long with no dedicated check-out counter or staff directing traffic. Inattentive staff: Reception staff on certain shifts seemed completely inattentive and unhelpful to guests waiting in line. Faulty key cards: My room key card had to be reactivated twice a day. Even though fixing a card takes just two seconds, staff wouldn't assist or prioritize it, forcing me to stand through the entire check-in/check-out queue every single time. Congested parking: Parking was very tight and poorly managed. Out of my 4-day stay, I only saw a valet parking executive on the very last day.

The stay was comfortable and hotel was clean and accessible to the main city by autos.Only issue was the ultra bouncy spring bed which we did not like at all.
