I had the worst experience ever at this hotel. The staff and the manager were extremely unprofessional and rude.I had informed the staff that I would be vacating the room 8 days before my actual checkout date, and I clearly mentioned that I would return after 3 to 5 days to continue my accommodation again. One of the receptionists (a lady) told me she would speak to the manager and update me. The next day, she confirmed that the manager was fine with it.However, on the last day of my accommodation, she suddenly called me and said, ’Today is your checkout.’ I was totally shocked and confused at that moment. I immediately rushed to the hotel to clarify the issue. When I spoke to the manager over the phone, he simply said, ’Please talk to her. We will not provide you with the remaining accommodation.’I tried calling the receptionist from my phone ’ she didn’t answer. Then I called from the reception number, and she picked up. But the moment she heard my voice, she cut the call. Is this how they treat their guests?I had paid ’41,000, and they behaved as if it meant nothing. This is truly the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. They say one thing and do something completely different. They don’t stand by their words or care about their customers.Whoever is reading this, please don’t book this hotel. You’ll regret it just like I did.

The hotel is located in a peaceful environment, surrounded by trees and plants.The gym is useless, and the swimming pool is only accessible from 08:30 to 17:00, which is not suitable for business travelers or people who attend late-night parties.

Booked this place through MMT expecting a relaxing stay ’ turned out to be a total disaster.1. Fake Pool Advertisement: The hotel claims to have a swimming pool, but it’s NOT on the property. It’s 200 meters away, and you have to cross through residential streets to reach it. That’s blatant false advertising.2. No Privacy at the Pool: When you get there, forget about relaxation ’ the pool is right next to loud parties and events. It’s uncomfortable and awkward to even be in the water.3. Rude and Arrogant Staff: When we questioned this misleading information, the staff had the audacity to say: ’This is what it is, I can’t bring the pool here.’ Absolutely no sense of responsibility or customer service.4. Not a Leisure Property: If you’re looking for a peaceful or comfortable getaway, this is NOT the place. It’s a noisy, unorganized setup.5. Terrible Hygiene: No changing rooms, and the only washroom available was under maintenance and reeked horribly. When I asked the staff to come and check it, they refused, saying, ’It’s our property, we can go anytime.’6. Filthy Balcony View: The balcony they advertise as a feature actually looks out at dirty drainage pipes. That’s your view when you sit outside. Disgusting.We ended up checking out within 2 hours of arriving ’ that’s how bad the experience was. MMT really needs to review such properties before listing them. Felt completely cheated.

Rooms are big , but no use for single occupant, AC make so much noise , no water pressure in any tab of washroom , no working shower. Nothing is good here except the morning breakfast. Also going to try the SPA service here , and will share you the experience soon.
