Extremely Disappointing & Unhygienic Stay

Very poor experience. The room provided was extremely small, dirty, and more like a lodge-type room, with cockroaches and unhygienic conditions. I paid for a Deluxe Room through Agoda, but the hotel said that no Deluxe Room was available.Housekeeping was non-responsive despite repeated complaints, and the hotel staff was rude and unhelpful. Even more concerning, after I complained to Agoda about the issues, the staff threatened that I would have to vacate the room at midnight.Overall, the room quality, cleanliness, service, and staff behaviour were completely unacceptable. I would not recommend this property and strongly suggest guests verify the actual room and facilities before booking.

Dear Agoda Customer Care Team,I am extremely disappointed with my current hotel experience. Despite repeatedly complaining, there has been no improvement.The room provided is extremely small, dirty, and more like a lodge-type 10×10 room, with cockroaches and unhygienic conditions. I specifically paid for a **Deluxe Room through the Agoda app**, but the hotel has informed me that no Deluxe Room is available.Additionally, the housekeeping team is completely non-responsive, and the hotel staff has been rude and unhelpful. My repeated complaints have not been taken seriously.I request Agoda to urgently intervene and provide an appropriate resolution, including **relocation to the room category I paid for or a suitable alternative hotel**, along with appropriate compensation/refund for the inconvenience caused.Please treat this as an urgent escalation, as the current accommodation is unacceptable.Regards,Surabhi Parab
