Ginger East Delhi

Spent a night in a single room. The room and bath were clean, but bath room cries for renovation. The bed linen and bath towels were clean and fresh. The window AC makes noise obviously, so be prepared for disturbed sleep in peak summer. Being in a busy locality, the hum from traffic is audible.The restaurant has decent menu and the food is good too. The buffet dinner had only limited offerings.

I recently stayed here for four days, and the experience was truly wonderful. The service was excellent throughout my stay. I’d especially like to appreciate the room attendant, Puneet Kumar, who was very helpful and responsive, taking care of all our requirements promptly every time. His support made our stay even more comfortable.

The food quality was good’flavors were well balanced and dishes were served fresh. Pan-Asian options stood out the most.Service was polite, though a bit slow when the restaurant got busy. Portions are decent, but prices feel slightly on the higher side for the quantity served.Cleanliness and presentation were well maintained, which adds to the overall comfort. A good option in the area if you’re in the mood for Asian cuisine, though service speed and pricing could be improved.

Absolutely comfort and memorable stay not only of mine but my entire team which was staying over a week.Excellent job from the house keeping team, quite a few names I remember - Puneet Kumar, Nannu Pal and others are served me with due respect and perfectly. I had booked a room at Ginger hotel Vivek Vihar for day use, and my overall experience was excellent.The check-in and check-out process was smooth, and the staff was courteous and helpful. The room was clean, well-maintained, and comfortable, which allowed me to rest and work without any disturbance.I would like to especially mention Mr. Praveen Singh (Guest Service Associate) for his special assistance and warm hospitality. His polite behavior and professional support made my short stay even more comfortable and pleasant.Facilities such as Wi-Fi/refreshments/housekeeping were adequately provided and made the short stay convenient. I appreciate the prompt service and professionalism of Ginger team.I would recommend Ginger hotel for day-use stays and look forward to visiting again.Thank you.
