My stay at this hotel was fantastic. The rooms were tidy, cozy, and well-kept. The staff were courteous, professional, and always willing to assist. The location was handy, and the ambiance was both calming and inviting. The service went beyond what I expected, and I genuinely appreciated my time there. I would strongly suggest this hotel to anyone seeking a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Outstanding

My stay was quite disappointing. Upon arrival, I was assigned a room with two single beds instead of the large bed I expected. After a long 12-hour trip, I found there was no water when I tried to shower. I was told to wait ten minutes multiple times, but it took over an hour to resolve. The power outlet by the bed also didn’t work. When I complained to the receptionist about the lack of hot water, he responded unprofessionally, saying the room wasn’t expensive and I could check out if unhappy. I was moved to another room, but hot water issues occurred again at 4 AM when I needed to get ready for the airport. Although fixed within 15 minutes, such problems shouldn’t happen in a hotel of this caliber. Additionally, I had booked a room with a balcony but was given a tiny window only staff could open, which was misleading and embarrassing. Overall, the experience was average and disappointing, far below my expectations, and I wouldn’t stay here again.

The rooms do not justify the cost.
