Solo Traveller • Jul 2026This was the worst hotel experience I've ever had. The reviews seem fake and don't show the true state of the hotel. It was hard to find because there was no clear hotel name or sign. The water supply was inadequate and smelled bad. Service was very poor—no towels, no cleanliness, and the rooms were very unhygienic. The staff behaved rudely and unprofessionally. There was no parking, no drinking water, and nothing complimentary. The room price was way too high for such bad facilities. I booked through Agoda based on reviews, but it turned out to be a terrible choice. I think the positive reviews are misleading. I will never stay here again or recommend it to anyone. Avoid this hotel if you don't want to waste money and spoil your trip.

This was my 5th stay, and once again the air conditioning barely worked.The room remained hot and uncomfortable throughout my stay. For the price they charge, the facilities and maintenance are far belowexpectations. It is very disappointing to see the same problems repeated instead of being fixed. I cannot recommend this hotel unless they seriously improve their rooms and air conditioning. Definitely not worth the money.
