Haveli Backwater Resort

Terrible. Pathetic. Disgusting.1. Because our car met with an accident we had to book a taxi and come to this hotel leaving our car and luggage behind. We reached the resort at 9.30 p.m .2. When asked for dinner timing they were so rigid and firm about their dinner timing. They didn't have the courtesy or humanity to offer or extend their dining hours by half n hr. We have two small kids with us. But 0% of hospitality3. When I driver reached the hotel with luggage at 11.30 pm their security guard wasn't there at the gate. And the reception was asking us and the car to wait at the gate till the gaurd comes. Again forgetting with had traveled all day long with kids and tired.4. After lot of arguments these ppl allowed the driver in and the guard spoke in a complete disrespectful way with my husband.What's the point in booking a property with absolutely 0 hospitality for their customers. Next about the room they are spacious. Thats the only plus point. There are lizards near the bed. Spider webs below the table and near the bed. If also for cold water they clearly say no even if they have. Horrible experience. Even a 2 star hotel is better compar3d to these.

Good convenient location near the boats to the backwaters. Spacious rooms which were clean, tidy and with amenities and a good sized balcony (deluxe). WiFi was fine and the fan plus AC made it comfortable. Staff were courteous and helpful. The restaurant is large and the food served was good. Enjoyed our stay overall!

The only thing that works best is the location, other than that nothing is good. Less options in breakfast, staff denying helping with the luggage and lift doesn’t work for an hour.

everything was great! it was out first time and we enjoyed it well! however common washroom on ground floor was quite uncomfortable as it wasn't completely clean and was smely. Rest was amazing! thank you!
