I had a very bad experience at this hotel. The manager and staff behaved very badly. There are no good facilities. I recommend not booking a room here. A total waste of money. There is no parking facility, and no staff member helps. I spent an hour just looking for parking.

Hotel is very clean. Manager Shreya is very kind and cooperative in all aspect including cleaning and handling the guests. He gave me a room from where I can look view of Lake Pichola. Also we can see the Taj Lake View hotel from our room. Rooms were so good and thanks to hotel managers
