Hotel Ambavgarh Palace

Awful experience! The employees are very impolite, disrespectful, and not helpful at all. The rooms are filthy and below standard. The pictures and videos shown during booking are entirely misleading compared to what you actually get, and it definitely does not justify the cost. Very let down!

Avoid staying here if you are traveling with family or women! Our recent stay at Hotel Ambavgarh Palace was a total disaster. The staff were very rude, unprofessional, and aggressive. Some employees were drunk while on duty and behaved badly towards us in front of our family and female members. Due to this unsafe and hostile atmosphere, we had to leave immediately. To make things worse, they refused to refund our payment despite their unacceptable behavior. There is no sense of safety here. I strongly recommend avoiding this hotel if you are with family or women.

The stay was average and left me thinking the hotel could improve a lot. The saying "you get what you pay for" applies, but here it felt more like you get less than what you paid. The biggest letdown was the washroom cleanliness. Basic hygiene should never be a luxury, but the washrooms didn't reflect that. More care in cleaning and upkeep would help a lot. Also, there was no complimentary drinking water; instead, we were offered a brand nobody knows at a high price. Guests should have options like Bisleri or Kinley. Even staying hydrated seems to require an upgrade here! Parking is another issue since there's no dedicated lot, so you must park on the narrow road outside. Finding a spot is tough, especially for larger cars, making "parking included" feel misleading. Overall, the stay was disappointing. The hotel has promise, but the experience didn't meet expectations for the price. You pay for the stay, but here it feels like you pay extra for basics. Improved cleanliness, better facilities, and more guest-friendly service would make a big difference.
