Absolutely disgusting experience. This hotel management cannot be trusted at all. They show one room price online and then suddenly demand more money during check-in. This happened to me twice, which clearly shows this is not a mistake but a regular scam tactic. Staff behavior was arrogant, rude, and completely unprofessional. Instead of solving the issue, they try to pressure customers into paying extra after arrival. Zero honesty, zero customer respect, and zero professionalism. I strongly warn everyone to stay away from this hotel unless you want your trip ruined and your money wasted.

I stayed at Hotel Ambience in Gwalior, and it turned out to be a really pleasant experience. The location is extremely convenient, just outside the Gwalior Railway Station, which makes it a great choice for travelers arriving by train.Even though I didn’t have a prior booking, the staff accommodated me easily and offered a room at a reasonable tariff, which was a big plus. The hotel gives off a premium feel right from the entrance, and I was impressed by their digital check-in facility, it made the whole process smooth and hassle-free. The room itself was comfortable and well-maintained. The bed was soft and cozy, perfect for a good rest after a long journey. Cleanliness was clearly a priority, the washroom was spotless, and the overall hygiene of the room was commendable. I also appreciated the digital card-entry door lock, which added a sense of security and modern convenience. The staff were polite and helpful, always ready to assist when needed. The ambiance of the hotel was calm and welcoming, making it suitable for both short and slightly longer stays. Overall, Hotel Ambience offers a great blend of comfort, convenience, and modern facilities at a reasonable price. I would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Gwalior, especially if you’re looking for a stay close to the railway station.’’’?

Rating: ’ / 5Title: Avoid this place ’ Ridiculous policies and poor service.I had a very disappointing stay here and would not recommend this hotel to anyone.’ Absurd Policies: They have a "no outside food" policy in the rooms, and if you are caught, they attempt to charge you a 500 fine. This is an incredibly greedy and customer unfriendly rule.’ Terrible Connectivity: Don't expect to get any work done or even browse social media. The Wi-Fi speed is abysmal and barely functional.’ Unprofessional Staff: To top it all off, the staff was quite arrogant. Instead of being helpful or welcoming, they were dismissive and rude when issues were raised.The "ambience" doesn't matter when the management treats guests like this. Save your money and stay somewhere that actually values its customers.

Well I haven't actually stayed at the hotel but still got ab experience worth sharing. I booked my stay through make my trip and had to cancel a day prior due to my wife medical conditions. I raised a cancellation and refund request and honestly speaking I wasn't expecting the entire amount but at least the amount related to breakfast and dinner which I had booked but of course never had the chance to eat. To my surprise, the owner processed a refund of 5%.So this message is for the owner, he can share his number and I will send back this huge sum of 5% along with a thank you note and some extra chillar.

This is a pretty decent hotel with amazing food located right next to the railway station. If you are a light sleeper or a cleanliness freak then this might not be for you otherwise it is a great place to stay. Staff is very cooperative at the reception and the food team goes beyond to serve you. We had dinner and breakfast and there was no compromise on quality of food for something like a veg thali! Highly recommended for a stopover!
