The hotel staff is very useless and the owner also does not know how to talk to his staff. The hotel rooms are very useless according to the photos. They have uploaded the online photos but in reality the ambience is very useless. They do not change the bed sheets of the rooms. They use the worn out bed sheets for 2-3 days. They clean the same bed sheets with a water spray gun and do not clean the washroom seat. The water drain in the washrooms is never proper and the washroom gets filled with water. They tell the room category to be different and give another room and say that it is a premium room. The car is not kept safe in the parking and there is no bell boy. One has to take the luggage himself and the food is so bad. They give the stored food after heating it and keep it for 3 days. They give old paneer and the price is also very high. They give rooms to corporates for 2k and if someone comes, they do not give rooms for less than Rs.2500. The best hotel than this is Landmark Hotel in front of Centela, it is the best and the price is the same and the food is also good, the ambience is also good and the staff is also good.

This is a very nice hotel in Gwalior. Rates are cheaper, location is superb ( very near to railway station, walkable ) lots of restaurants nearby. Most of the historical places are nearby 2-3 kms.Breakfast is very nice mostly Indian food. Very few continental items. But whatever is served is tasty.
