I had a very disappointing experience. I reserved and paid for an AC room at Hotel Anupma, Bareilly. After paying, I called the hotel only to be told my booking was cancelled and that I would get a refund. But I never got any cancellation email, SMS, or alert. Even more troubling, the hotel then offered me a Non-AC room, although the AC room option was still listed as available online. This situation raises serious concerns about booking transparency and how customers are treated. A confirmed booking should not be cancelled without proper notice and customer approval. I recommend future guests verify their booking directly with the hotel before traveling.

Location is in the middle of nothing. No onsite food available. Called night shift staff for towels, 20 minutes later went downstairs myself to collect the towels, staff was sleeping.
