Hotel Apollo

Rooms quality 0 with 0 cleanliness. Dustbin had pan spit spots all over. The pillow covers and bedsheet were simply EEuuuu. Washroom was worst I have ever experienced. No hygiene at all in hotel rooms. Staff is okay but manager when asked for a cup of tea to compensate for the breakfast missed in morning because of early kamakhya darshan, he replied, ’ vo toh apki galti hai’.

The hotel seemed awful to me. It wasn't anything like the photos on the booking site. The rooms were in very poor condition. It seemed like a very old hotel. Despite being on the roadside, the rooms felt stuffy. Water leaked in the bathroom 24/7. The floor and bedsheets looked unwashed. Considering the room's price, there are plenty of better hotels in Guwahati. Even though I'm telling you, it didn't seem right. I would never take my family to this hotel.

Rooms are really small and not properly clean. Also prper sunlight is missing from majority of the rooms which makes them shady. There are better this platform hotels than this. Also at night you cannot visit the restaurant downstairs as it is just a bar on that time. You will not feel comfortable especially with ladies.The quality of food and service is appreciable. They provided everything we needed with very much effort and gave proper solutions for any issues.For the staff i can give 5 star. Only for the rooms 2 star deducted.

We stayed here recently. I expected better facilities in this hotel. In Room no.108 the basin in the toilet found cracked. The restaurant was very hot in the breakfast time.

The hotel rooms are not maintained properly. Maintainace of rooms and washrooms are very poor. Issue in cleanliness.quality of Breakfast (complementary) very bad. Options are very less and even the breakfast area is suffocating. Feels very.much uncomfortable. In one room water geyser is non functional the electric kettle is also faulty. We book 2 same room but when they hand over thr keys, one room is larger in size than other one. Not recommended to stay with family specially with children. Location of the property is only the good thing we got
