The food did not meet the expectations one would have from a hotel with such expensive rates. The room service staff made things worse with their arrogant, rude, and unprofessional behavior. They showed no courtesy or basic politeness when interacting with guests, making it seem like they were doing us a favor instead of providing a paid service. The only good aspect was that the rooms were clean, well-kept, and quite nice. However, nice rooms alone can't make up for awful food and poor customer service. Charging high prices while offering low-quality food and disrespecting customers is totally unacceptable. The food is overpriced, the service is bad, and the staff's attitude is very disappointing. The rooms are good, but the overall experience needs major improvement.
