Couple • India • Sep 2026I booked a room at Hotel Ashoka Palace, Near IGI Airport, New Delhi, but when I arrived, the hotel was closed. Without any prior information, I was sent to another hotel where I was asked to pay an additional ₹1000. This is highly unprofessional, misleading, and completely unacceptable. I do not recommend this property to anyone.

The room we got has a door issue for bathroom and the fall ceilings has a rat/Mouse and it made a lot of noise whole night and we didn't had peaceful sleep and it was a night mare for us
