Booking Confusion Encounter

When we arrived at the hotel, they said our booking through Agoda is not in their records. They wanted us to call Agoda customer care and I discovered they don’t have an India customer care number. Ended up looking for other hotels in the area and finally come back to Awadh to directly book the room in the counter. Lost Rs. 1000 in the process. The hotel is really good, location is great and the staff is very friendly
