I have no clue why they have 5 stars.The check in took us super long, because the person at the reception took my passport and started to do pictures of everything with his phone, even tho we sent him all the necessary via email. Now the times that the staff is expecting for tip for anything they do, and they're pressing you to give money moment, otherwise they would just stand and don't bother to help with the baggage is another point. The rest? The room was just dirty with some stains everywhere from God knows what provenience...Plus, they gave us smoking rooms, while not asking at all if we wanted it. Me, my clothes and baggage smelled of smoke after that. Plus, no sleeping, because the room he gave was facing main road, and that is noisy like there's no tomorrow.Spare your money for real 5*

Had a great experience staying at Centre Point Hotel in Nagpur. I was here to attend an Architect event as it was close to the vicinity. The entire hotel was full but still they were serving all customers to the best of their ability. A special shout out to the customer service team for their promt action as I wanted to get my formal suit Ironed which I realized late in the morning that in my travel it had got wrinkled up. By the time I went to have my breakfast it had been delivered to my room. This really saved my day.
