Pleasant atmosphere

I highly recommend that travelers avoid this hotel. After an exhausting 8-hour drive with my family and young children, we arrived at 11:00 PM hoping to rest, but instead encountered unprofessional and unethical conduct. I had a confirmed Agoda booking for an "Air-Conditioned Superior City View" room, but the receptionist claimed our reservation was for a non-AC room. Even after showing the Agoda confirmation, they refused to honor it. Agoda support contacted the hotel owner, but the owner remained rude and uncooperative, demanding extra payment for the room we had already paid for and refusing to provide a receipt. This was a major warning sign. We had no option but to leave late at night and found better accommodation nearby for the next two days. The hotel staff showed no empathy for our travel fatigue or the fact that I was with children. If you want a trustworthy, honest, and comfortable place, look elsewhere. This hotel is not worth the hassle or cost. Additionally, the parking was in a poorly maintained outdoor area with no security, adding to our anxiety after a stressful trip.

Hygienic Secure Top-notch

This hotel is the worst and doesn't match the photos. Spending 2k here is a waste of money. There are many better rooms available; please use Agoda to check the rooms before paying. The manager is very rude. No shampoo, no toothpaste, nothing provided. It's just a waste.
