Hotel Dalhousie View

The room service was very disappointing. The room lacked towels and soap. When I asked for an extra mattress, the staff just gave it to me and expected me to set it up myself, which felt quite unprofessional. The Wi-Fi was unreliable, and the food quality was subpar. Overall, the service and facilities fell short of basic standards. I wouldn't suggest staying here unless they make major improvements to their room service, amenities, and food.

Our stay at Dalhousie View was one of the most frustrating hotel experiences we've had. Nearly everything, from basic services to staff behavior, was disappointing. The food service was poorly managed, with delays and refusals to fulfill reasonable requests without offering alternatives. The Wi-Fi was unreliable, which was a major inconvenience during a multi-day stay. Housekeeping was unhelpful; when we requested an extra mattress, we were told to set it up ourselves as staff wouldn't assist. Reception was equally uncooperative, often refusing requests instead of helping. The restaurant lacked proper cushions on chairs, and even after asking, they were insufficient or not provided properly. These issues, though small individually, made the entire stay exhausting. Overall, we were very dissatisfied due to the lack of facilities and basic hospitality. Given the price, we expected decent service, amenities, and respectful assistance, but our experience fell far short. We strongly advise against this hotel unless management improves service and staff attitude.
