Absolutely loved my stay here! ’’’’’The food was simply amazing ’ every dish was full of flavor and truly satisfying. One of the best tastes I’ve experienced during my trip.The rooms were very clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. You can really tell they care about hygiene and guest experience.The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming, which made the stay even more enjoyable.Overall, a wonderful experience. Location-wise the hotel is good, as it is conveniently located near ISBT, Guwahati. However, the service is extremely disappointing.I stayed here for 5 days and booked 2 rooms, but not even once was room cleaning done. The toilets were not cleaned, dustbins were not cleared, and no one asked or offered room service during the entire stay.The food quality at the restaurant is poor, and the waiters are highly unprofessional. They lack even the basic knowledge of hospitality and customer service.Overall, except for the location, the hotel fails badly in service, cleanliness, and professionalism. Not recommended unless major improvements are made. It was like "He'll City"
