I usually avoid giving negative feedback, but our stay at Dreamland Mahabaleshwar was disappointing despite our hopes for a relaxing break. The staff were friendly and polite, yet the property seemed poorly maintained and untidy. The room felt stuffy, and I ended up with an allergy. Although the bed sheets and pillow covers looked clean, the pillows were dirty and had a strong unpleasant odor. Essential items expected at this price, like a shaving kit, earbuds, or a room heater, were not provided. Noise was a big problem too; the walls were very thin, and a large group was loudly playing and shouting outside our room for nearly four hours. Even after several complaints to reception, no effective measures were taken, despite the property having ample outdoor space where such noise could have been better managed. In summary, while the staff were nice, the overall experience did not match the cost, and I would be reluctant to suggest this place to anyone seeking a quiet and comfortable stay.

I was there in this hotel for 2 days.Housekeeping staff is not good at all. They did not clean the room for the entire day. After multiple followups the bedsheets and towels were changed. However the toilet and the bathroom was not cleaned as the housekeeping staff denied doing it. He said this will be done in the afternoon and he is not responsible for it.Rooms are ok but washrooms are not clean at all.. I do not recommend to be here.

I stayed at this hotel for two days. The housekeeping service was very poor. They didn't clean the room throughout the day. After several reminders, they finally changed the bedsheets and towels. However, the bathroom and toilet were not cleaned because the housekeeping staff refused, saying it would be done in the afternoon and that it wasn't his responsibility. The rooms are acceptable, but the washrooms are quite dirty. I would not recommend staying here.
