I recently stayed at this hotel and had a very bad experience. I strongly warn other travelers, especially women, to stay away from this place. Here are the main problems I encountered: Price Difference & Scam: Online sites showed the room rate below ₹1,000, but when I arrived, I was forced to pay ₹1,500. The hotel staff deliberately misleads guests about online bookings to charge more. Serious Safety & Behavior Problems: The staff's conduct was totally unacceptable. Around 4 to 5 male staff members at the reception kept staring at and making inappropriate remarks about female guests. This made the environment feel very unsafe and uncomfortable. Terrible Room Condition: The rooms had no maintenance or service. Basic things like light switches were broken and damaged. No Refund Policy: Since I booked directly at reception, I didn't see the room first. When I saw the poor condition and felt unsafe, I asked for a refund to leave early, but management refused. In the end, my safety and comfort were so compromised that I gave up my payment and left immediately. This was the worst hospitality experience I've ever had, and I do not recommend this hotel to anyone.

This hotel is definitely not safe for women or girls. I had a very unsettling experience concerning safety, security, and privacy. The hotel management urgently needs to enhance their security protocols to create a safer environment for female guests. I strongly suggest that girls and solo female travelers reconsider staying here. My stay was very disappointing. The amenities advertised on the booking site were misleading; items like a bathtub, electric kettle, cleaning products, towels, toiletries, coffee/tea maker, and refrigerator were all missing from my room. The biggest problem was the poor cleanliness—the room and bathroom were not cleaned properly, and overall hygiene was well below acceptable standards. Housekeeping was inadequate throughout my stay. I chose this hotel based on the listed facilities, but many were absent or unavailable. I hope the management updates their listing to accurately reflect the actual amenities and improves the property's cleanliness and upkeep. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this hotel.
