Very disappointing stay at Rajkamala Hotel, Deoghar. We were initially given a dirty room, and because we were in a hurry, we had no choice but to accept it. When we returned later, the room was still in the same condition and had not been cleaned at all.When we raised the issue, the staff explained that they could not clean the room because we had taken the room key with us. This excuse was difficult to accept, as most hotels maintain spare keys or master access for housekeeping and guest service purposes. Instead of taking responsibility, the staff seemed more interested in justifying the poor service.Cleanliness and housekeeping are basic expectations from any hotel. Unfortunately, our experience fell far below acceptable standards. I would not recommend this hotel based on the service we received."This sounds firm, factual, and credible without being overly emotional.

I order the coffee which takes 40 min. Zto arrive and the taste sucks i never had that much worst coffee in my life

I recently stayed at Hotel Rajkamal during my trip to Deoghar and overall it turned out to be a comfortable and satisfying experience. One of the biggest advantages of this hotel is its location. It is conveniently situated close to the famous Baba Baidyanath Dham temple, making it an ideal choice for pilgrims. The railway station and local transport options are also easily accessible which makes commuting very smooth, especially for first-time visitors. The rooms were decent, clean and well-maintained. While the interiors are simple and not overly luxurious, they provide all the basic amenities required for a comfortable stay. The beds were comfortable and the overall hygiene of the rooms and bathrooms was satisfactory. A little upgrade in furnishings and modern facilities would definitely enhance the experience further. The staff deserves special mention for their polite and helpful behavior. Tinku, who looked after us during our stay, truly deserves a special mention. His service was genuinely good and heartfelt. He was attentive, polite, and always ready to help with a smile, making sure we were comfortable at all times. His warm and caring attitude added a personal touch to our experience and made our stay even more pleasant. The hotel maintains a peaceful environment, which is especially important after a long day of temple visits and travel. Overall, Hotel Rajkamal is a reliable and budget-friendly option in Deoghar, especially for pilgrims and travelers looking for a simple, comfortable stay near the temple.
