Staying at this hotel was a comfortable and refreshing experience. We really enjoyed the food, the room was clean and well-lit, and the restaurant service was excellent. A special mention to Banteiborlang Kharma for providing impressively quick and attentive service. Overall, a lovely stay!

The hotel is located near the main market and is just beside the main road. The rooms and service were great. The food was average. Overall nothing to complain much. Only thing was the bathroom didn’t have an exhaust and also they gave coupons with 1.5Gb data limits on them to use the wifi which was inconvenient. Overall would recommend them for a stay.

My family and I spent a week at Heiga and ended up having dinner at the in-house restaurant most evenings, simply because the food and service were outstanding. The staff were exceptionally knowledgeable, attentive without being intrusive, and always happy to make thoughtful recommendations. Every meal felt relaxed and special, and it quickly became one of the highlights of our stay. Breakfast and dinner were excellent. Thanks to Bantei, Eiba, and the team at Heiga for making our time so lovely. Will definitely visit again.
