Hotel Horizon Plaza

Worst experience ever. The hotel staff were arrogant and rude. They don���t know how to behave with anyone , specially the managers were very unprofessional, they misbehaves with customers .

Corridors are tiny,food is so expensive but still it has no taste and rooms are very small

I had a horrible experience at this hotel. A very impolite staff specifically guy named Jitendra who harassed my guests and was abusive with them. Would never recommend this hotel to anyone.

Management not focusing on quality and maintenance. I stayed for 4 days and also booked 2nd and 3rd floor all rooms for functions, but the condition was too bad Lift button and the Lift sensor not functioning. Staffs also smoke on the 3rd floor. They also do not provide room keys, they open most of the rooms with a master key. So many times, our guests, suffer because of the hotel's bad service and hospitality. Also, I notice they are no installed fire safety sensors in all rooms, even the patrol pump having in the next building. I never recommend this type of hotel again, If the Hotel owner will take it seriously on my comment, they will take action against management and focus on the hotel. Good Wishes

Had a very bad experience with my family. Few drunken people were fighting in the bar at ground floor when we entered the hotel. On the third floor near the room all dirty laundry was scattered... Bedsheet and pillow cover were dirty... So much dust on the chairs in room... Bathroom floor was dirty and in morning there was no hot water supply in bathroom and the lift was not working. The manager is not doing his duty properly. With all bad facilities they are charging so high rate for a room.
