Worst hotel everWe’ve booked this hotel from Makemytrip and we haven’t idea about k they’re not giving rooms to unmarried couples, we reached they say we could not give you room we talk request them we’re not from this city please help us they clearly say no then we ask our refund they say app will refund. Till date no refund is received. App says hotel are not ready to give you refund what is this behaviour?

Hotel is close to station, room at the price range is ok, ventilation is not proper and its located in commercial premises on 3rd floor.

Worst Hotel Experience Ever ’ Like Living in a Grave!I don’t even know where to begin. I had to check out of Hotel Ideal, Baroda, way earlier than planned because the experience was nothing short of a nightmare.First of all, the lift was not working, and they had the audacity to offer filthy, poorly maintained staircases as the only option. Disgusting! The whole place felt neglected and abandoned.Now let’s talk about the room ’ or should I say, a concrete box with zero ventilation. NO WINDOWS. I’m not exaggerating when I say it felt like I was trapped inside a coffin. Who designs a room like that?! You call this ’Ideal’? This is the kind of place that should be shut down by health and safety authorities.Not a single thing was clean ’ not the room, not the bathroom, not even the bedsheets. The smell of dampness and stale air was unbearable.The service? What service? Staff were completely indifferent and unbothered. Complaints fell on deaf ears.Do yourself a favor and never book this place. I wouldn’t recommend it to my worst enemy. Shame on the management for running such a pathetic excuse for a hotel.One star is generous..

I had a pleasant stay at Hotel Ideal. The rooms were clean and comfortable, they lacked proper ventilation. and the staff was friendly and helpful. The location is convenient, and the in-house restaurant served tasty meals. Overall, a great value for money.
