Hotel Tulsi

Very bad experience. For a 20 rupees cold drink, they charged Rs. 35. And for a water bottle, they charged Rs. 30. For a coffee they charged Rs. 40/-.

The staff was really good and friendly,Please try their breakfast! It's too yum

One of the worst hotel I had ever stayed.. very very dirty rooms, bathrooms are not cleaned properly, cockroaches in everywhere, and main thing was the owner of the property Mr. Vrajesh was drunk at the time of check in and he mis behaved with us after we complained to him about his property. He was just lying in every moment and very very rude behaviour we had ever experienced. I suggest to everyone please please don't book the Hotel Tulsi for ur stay at Vadodara. I am sharing my experience which was an unexpected horrible one...

Worst experience I ever had in Vadodara. First of all never trust the staffs there as one person will assure you assistance but other makes sure that the service is denied. Never believe you will get the same room they show on the Google because they are never clean and is dusty. The toilet is the worst. The restaurant was not open the whole time I was there. I was supposed to stay for 3 days. I settled the amount on the first day itself. Due to flight issues I had to extend one day more, as a single lady, to avoid further issues reached out to staffs twice to make sure that the stay is extended to which they happily said 'yes'. At around 12 in the noon (on the 3rd), they demanded that I should leave the room in the most polite way to which they expect me to behave in the same manner. When we question them, they behave as if we caused trouble to them. As I raised concern that I am a single lady where it is not possible to find a place to stay at the last moment, they reached out to another hotel named "hotel rainbow". That hotel is not located in a place where a single lady new to vadodara can stay. Even this hotel staffs knew that fact, and they still chose to do so because they knew they could escape with what they have done. Never recommend anyone to choose this hotel as there are lot other hotels who work on good faith
