It's nice play with good hygiene and cleanliness off hotel and staff is also nice co-operative with quick service.
I had a really pleasant stay at Indie Stays, BKC Kalina, Mumbai. The location is quite convenient, especially if you need to be around BKC. There are several good eateries within a short walking distance, although there aren’t really any markets nearby. The nearest metro station is around 10 minutes away by auto, which makes getting around fairly easy.The room was comfortable and well maintained. The bed was nice and soft, the AC worked perfectly, and I particularly liked the walk-in toilet and washroom setup. Everything I needed for a comfortable stay was there.The breakfast was relatively small in terms of selection, but it was fresh, filling, and perfectly adequate to start the day. One thing that genuinely impressed me was the hospitality throughout my stay all my coffees were complimentary. It’s such a simple gesture, but these little touches make a big difference. I really appreciated it and would definitely give them extra points for that!The common seating area is also quite nice and provides a comfortable place to sit, relax, or get some work done.A special mention has to go to Ayesha from the front desk, who truly went above and beyond to make my stay extra special. Her warmth, attentiveness, and willingness to help really stood out. Excellent hospitality like that deserves to be recognized.Overall, I had a very comfortable and enjoyable experience at Indie Stays. It’s a good option if you’re looking for a comfortable place to stay near BKC with friendly staff and thoughtful service.Highly recommended. I have never had such a terrible experience—especially after paying a premium price. Upon arriving at the room on the first day, I called reception and ordered *Dal Khichdi* and Tandoori Chicken. Famished after a six-hour drive, we sat down to eat, and that turned out to be the biggest mistake of my life; I vomited seven times and fell ill. I hadn't been sick for the past two years. I had left just one piece of that chicken aside, and an hour later, it literally reeked of rot. Around 11:30 PM, I called and asked for two bottles of water; they agreed and hung up, but subsequent calls went unanswered. Feeling weak, I rested a bit and eventually went downstairs myself around 1:00 AM to get the water.The next morning, I woke up with back pain because the mattress springs were digging into me. When I returned that night, they did change my room—for which I am grateful—but the new room had no soundproofing against the street traffic, so I couldn't sleep; the window glass wasn't fitted properly. I had previously stayed at an Ibis hotel located a short distance away and never faced such issues. My only mistake was booking a three-day stay upfront; otherwise, I would have checked out the very next day.It wouldn't have mattered if I’d spent extra money to ensure a successful trip, but instead, I had to cancel some of my meetings because both my partner and I ended up in the hospital. When I asked reception if there was a nearby clinic, they simply said they didn't know. When I asked for the checkout bill, I was told it would be emailed to me, but I still haven't received it. This is the first time I have ever written such a long review.
