The hotel is great value for money. The location is close to many of the sights we wanted to visit this helped with travel time which is an important factor to consider in India. there were no female staff members at the hotel. Breakfast is more on the traditional Indian cuisine which enhances the stay and allows one to try different foods. selection of room is important as the room size can be smaller than what we are used to.
No food facilities
I am from Australia and selected this hotel as I was catching the Vande Bharat train the following morning to Shirdi. The train was expected to leave at 6.45 am and this hotel is a 10 min walk from the CSMT station in Mumbai. The facility was relatively clean the staff were fantastic and very helpful in making the stay comfortable. The management was exceptional in arranging our takeway omlette sandwiches with the kitchen for our journey the next morning which I enjoyed (and wasn't sick even after eating them cold, which shows food prepared with care). Further more if the management hadn't insisted on arranging a taxi to get us to the station that morning we would have missed our train, the very reason for our stay and holiday to India. I'm so thankful to the staff at this hotel who made our stay comfortable and our holiday memorable. Five stars to the men and will stay here again.
