Regency Hotel Malabar Hill

My stay at Regency Hotel was quite disappointing. The reception team was very impolite and denied me access to the guest restroom, sending me to a staff bathroom that was dirty and badly kept. I was taken aback by the absence of basic courtesy and hospitality. Guests deserve respect and should have access to clean amenities. I wish the management would improve both the staff's attitude and the hygiene conditions to offer a better experience to future visitors.

The hotel is being upgraded and has very nice rooms. The service is excellent and the staff are friendly. Definitely a place to stay.

We especially appreciate Mr. Jawed Bhai and his excellent team, including Mr. Fakir Bhai, Kundan Ji, Rajendra Ji, and Shambhu Ji from housekeeping. Their teamwork, professionalism, and courteous attitude towards all guests make the stay very comfortable and enjoyable. The whole staff operates in perfect sync and always makes sure guests feel appreciated. We are always delighted to return and strongly recommend Regency Hotel to everyone. Their straightforward approach of “Give respect and get respect” shines through in their service and hospitality. If you seek a place where you are treated with care and welcomed like family, this is the ideal spot. Visit here and enjoy your holiday with complete peace of mind.

The fan and air conditioning in his room were not working, and he had to change rooms. The fan regulator was also not working.
