I didn't stay at the hotel but was running past it when I had an urgent need to use a bathroom. I asked at the lobby, and they said there wasn't one available. I requested to use a staff or guest bathroom, but the receptionist claimed no rooms were free, even though there clearly were online. Letting someone use a bathroom is basic courtesy. This was very disrespectful and rude. I would not recommend this place.
