I had a very disappointing experience with this hotel. I made a reservation through Booking.com, and my booking was clearly shown as confirmed. However, when we arrived late at night, the hotel informed us that our reservation had been canceled without any prior notice.We were left stranded in an unfamiliar place in the middle of the night with no accommodation arranged and no proper explanation given. This caused unnecessary stress and inconvenience, especially after a long journey.If a booking is confirmed, guests should be able to rely on that confirmation. Canceling without informing the guest and leaving them to figure things out at night is completely unacceptable.I would strongly advise future travelers to double-check directly with the hotel before arrival, as a confirmed reservation apparently does not guarantee a room here.

Best place to stay near Indraprastha Apollo Hospital. Rooms are bigger and very well decorated. The staff of the hotel is very professional and helpful.

Disappointing Stay Experience

Except off location nothing great. Broken locks, TV not functioning, dirty towels, phone was not working. Tea was good. Continously loud music from adjacent gym.
