I was scammed by this hotel. There were no rooms left at the hotel but they still took my booking.I was on road at 10 pm with my and 2 other families but they were not giving any rooms and were not ready to cancel my booking.They compelled me to take disgusting rooms with cocroches

This room is terribly dirty and the worst. There are issues with the hot water and the cupboard flush does not work. The room smells awful, like hell.

Disappointing Run-down Stay

I reserved 6 rooms for my guests at this hotel via their Facebook page months ago. The hotel's reservation team sent me photos of the 6 rooms on WhatsApp and told me at the desk that the hotel is a 3-star property with corresponding facilities. However, when my guests arrived today (25-04-2026), the rooms they were given were different. The hotel accepted my booking but is poorly maintained, in a very run-down condition, and lacks proper amenities, despite being called a three-star hotel. I feel cheated. I paid ₹10,000 in advance. When I asked for a refund, they turned my guests away rudely. The management has no right to operate this hotel without adequate facilities or hygiene. I hope you can assist me in recovering the ₹10,000 they fraudulently took. We have already filed a complaint with Meghalaya Police. Please beware of this scam.

Extremely Disappointing Stay

This is the most disgusting hotel I have ever been to. The room windows are blocked, and the blanket is so tiny that it's barely enough for one person. Also, the receptionist named "Rahul" was very rude. Overall, it was a very uncomfortable and irritating stay.
