I was scammed by this hotel. There were no rooms left at the hotel but they still took my booking.I was on road at 10 pm with my and 2 other families but they were not giving any rooms and were not ready to cancel my booking.They compelled me to take disgusting rooms with cocroches
Though the hotel initially impressed with the Khasi song from the movie 9 Lad, in reality, it has a lot to improve. The site is smelly, and the washroom is dirty. Not suitable for differently-abled persons.

Solo Traveller • May 2025Awful experience. Rooms were not clean enough, no proper buckets/mugs in washrooms. Water was seeping in the dining room. It was an office trip in Feb 2025, and the hotel stay was one of the bad aspects. The hotel was closed for some time and now reopened under renovation. Please check before booking.
