Affordable and pleasant stays in a great location. The rooms were clean and the room service was good.

My 4-day stay at this hotel in Chennai was very tiring and disappointing. The property misleads guests with false listings on booking sites (Y Book), advertising amenities that are not actually available. Problems included missing advertised features like a restaurant, dining area, security guard, work desk, air purifier, water heater, freezer, and living area; only an elevator, CCTV, and a noisy air conditioner were present. The room had a very low ceiling with a fan dangerously placed, risking injury when changing clothes. Walls had severe dampness and seepage, and the second room had cockroaches. The first room lacked proper toilet facilities and toiletries, only a cheap soap and dirty towel were provided. The second room had a broken shower and leaking jet spray that took four days to fix, with no hot water or bathroom heater. Wi-Fi was very weak and laggy. There was no proper parking, laundry service, newspapers, room service uniforms, or sealed mineral water bottles—only a refillable jar was given. No onsite food was available, so we had to order outside. Staff ignored complaints about dirty linens and did not offer quick solutions, forcing us to accept poor conditions. Returning late to such unhygienic, unsafe, and stressful surroundings was mentally and physically draining. I strongly recommend avoiding this hotel.
