Hotel Mareena Regency

Our experience was quite disappointing. We booked a superior room online, but the room we received did not match the photos. Additionally, the first room was not clean; the bathroom had a half-filled bucket and stains in the closet. After we complained, they moved us to a different room, but it only had one towel and minimal amenities for 3 people, which required another call to the reception.Moreover, breakfast was supposed to be included, but we were initially told it wasn’t. After a lengthy discussion and showing them the booking confirmation, they finally agreed, but we decided not to take the breakfast due to the overall unpleasant experience and lack of trust.In conclusion, the service and cleanliness were not up to the mark, especially considering the price. We hope the hotel improves for future guests.

Specifically saying staff are very cooperative and empthatic. Rooms are well maintained any query will be attended immediately,food also good and reasonably priced.... We stayed 4 days for trip it was a good experience

Stayed there for 3 days on my KL trip. The place is good for family and kids. Rooms are clean and air conditioned. Though, the food there is not as per the taste. Many might like it but personally I didn't. North Indian people will definitely not like the food. Else everything was good.

Date: 29 Mar, 2025:Even though the room is vacant they are not allowing the guest to stay. They are marketing to take a higher price room otherwise wait for 4-5 hrs in the lobby. I don't want to recommend it to anyone.
