Itsy Hotels Rain Tulsi Stayz, Palarivattom Junction

I am already staying there now, i started with only 2 days and now i am about to complete a month staying in the place, the owner and the stuff are super friendly, location is quite at night, so near to everything, i can walk to Metro station, All type of restaurants are around me, I recommend this place for anyone who will come to India.

The rooms are small but clean, and the pricing is reasonable.However, the staff tend to rush guests to leave before the actual checkout time, which feels unprofessional.Also, contacting them directly for discounts is pointless ,the direct prices are higher than what’s offered online.

Very bad experience from receptionist. And he behave like rudely. They are not provide proper service also. If anyone need a room plz don't choose Rain tulsi hotel

Disappointed with the service at the reception. Mr. Abhi was extremely unprofessional and lacked basic customer service skills. He was rude and clearly not trained on how to handle customers with respect and courtesy.To the owner: This reflects poorly on your business. It’s your responsibility to ensure your staff is properly trained. Please take this seriously ’ a better customer experience starts with well-mannered frontline staff.
