Disappointed with the service at the reception. Mr. Abhi was extremely unprofessional and lacked basic customer service skills. He was rude and clearly not trained on how to handle customers with respect and courtesy.To the owner: This reflects poorly on your business. It’s your responsibility to ensure your staff is properly trained. Please take this seriously ’ a better customer experience starts with well-mannered frontline staff.

I recently booked a room and had a very pleasant stay. The room was clean, well-maintained, and equipped with all the necessary amenities. The toilet was also neat and hygienic, which added to the overall comfort. A well-kept property that truly values cleanliness and guest satisfaction. Highly recommended!

Budget hotel is good to stay for business purposes. Location wise it's somewhat the interior side of the area. No restaurant is the big problem. For even coffee you have to walk a bit. But value for money

Overall for the price they are charging rooms are decent, comfortable with all the amenities. I had no issues staying there.I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to stay near to palarivattom junction.

The hotel had good staff, and the location was convenient. The room was somewhat clean, but the bedsheets felt itchy and uncomfortable. Overall, it was an average stay. With some improvements in cleanliness and linens, it could be a great option.
