Hotel Minerva One Town

We had a wonderful stay at hotel Minerva.The atmosphere was elegant, peaceful, and very comfortable.Rooms were neat and well-maintained, and the staff were polite and attentive.Their hospitality, quick response, and friendly attitude made us feel very welcome and taken care of throughout our stay.A special thanks to Mr.Ravi teja for his support and friendly nature.Overall, a great place for both family and business stays. Highly recommended!’

Urgent Quality & Seems like service Audit Required’I am writing to report a highly unsatisfactory experience at this branch. The service and food quality were significantly below Minerva’s reputation, bordering on unacceptable.’Specific Issues:’Kitchen Failures: The starters lacked any crunch and were served soggy. The Pulkas were tough and served cold.’Menu Identity Crisis: The Methi Chaman was indistinguishable from Palak Paneer, and the Veg Manchow Soup was essentially Sweet Corn Soup. The kitchen appears to lack basic recipe training.’Substandard Presentation: Serving hot soup in plastic dishes is not only cheap but also raises concerns about food safety and hygiene. This does not meet Minerva’s service standards.’Infrastructure: The lack of car parking remains a significant deterrent for customers.’The experience was so poor that I suspect this branch may not be an authentic Minerva outlet. If it is, immediate intervention and staff retraining are required to prevent further brand dilution.

We stayed at Hotel Minerva and had a very pleasant experience. They provided an extra bed for the third person for a reasonable charge of Rs. 500. Everything was great’the staff was professional, and the room was clean and spacious.
