Hotel MM Continental

Rooms are small but good. Staff behaviour is good and supportive. They should provide soap etc also. Cleanliness is good. Better to exit frok PF 9 of Varanasi Jn station to reach here. Even distance is not far but auto riksha will charge 100 rupees.

Everything met his expectations.

This place was ok. But as they promised rooms was dirty. Ask many times to clean but no reaction. There was no hot water for bath because they said they switched off the boiler. Only after many request they put it on. We suggest please look for other places.

Hotel's accommodation facilities are poor. We visited with 30 people group. The sofas are dirty. AC remote not provided. Washbasin cock was hard. Some rooms gizer not working. Charging point not working. Not repaired on pointing out. Avoid

The rooms were spacious and clean,staff was friendly and location was also very good. 1.Now comes the problematic part the worst is their matress we couldn't sleep a wink and got neck pain it was terrible and even though it was clean it sank as soon as anyone sits on it,when we asked to replace it we were informed that it's like than in every other room as well.2. The tiles were cracked and they sank a little while making noise.3. The tv was there but it didn't work we had a hotel staff who tried connecting it to cable for more than 40 mins but even he couldn't do it.4. The walls were too thin and even though the neighbours talked normally we were able to hear each and everything they said and they too.5. Less variety in breakfast so we had to skip it since there were only two items and we were not fan of those dishes.In short The hotel has great staff,great location and spacious rooms but hotel needs to seriously invest into renovation.
