This was the worst stay I've ever had, and it was way too expensive. We were assigned a tiny attic room without windows that trapped all the outside heat. I can't find a single positive thing to say about the room or service. With temperatures at 40 degrees and high humidity, the AC didn't work well. When we told the staff, they were rude and denied the problem even after we showed them. The bathroom lacked windows or ventilation, taps were broken, the shower malfunctioned, and there was a leaking pipe. The hygiene was terrible; the sheets had holes, the blanket smelled like Paan Masala, and the bed was broken and noisy, making it hard to sleep. The TV had no subscription except one local channel. The building is narrow and cramped, with tight staircases and room layouts, which would be tough for anyone with claustrophobia. It's about a 5 to 7 minute walk from Acropolis Mall at a normal pace.

It was horrible experience, I have booked this for my family members, after booking when my family members reached there, staff denied to give the hotel by saying no rooms are available, I called ixigo customer service multiple times but every time they said to wait, my family members suffered a lot for this booking, at last I had to book another property, after that I called again to ixigo customer service multiple times for the cancellation, its already two days but I didn’t get any update on the refund, this was very pathetic experience with ixigo customer service.
