Worst experience I paid the 25% booking amount Rs 492 for Hotel o indraprastha in indore, the reception guy firstly did not receive any calls all day, and when my brother reached for a late check in, he said that he did not receive the payment and did not give my brother the room at 11 pm.He said the hotel was not ready and there was no water in the toilets.The customer care could not reach the reception guy and refused refund.Have generosity to atleast return the booking amount.I again booked a room for him in Hotel O Apple tree, there the AC room was for 2200 for 3 nights but the reception guy again took advantage of night and gave my brother a non AC room for 2500. Stop exploiting travellers at night hours.
