Pros- the staffs were friendly and cooperative. Cons- The towels and bed sheets were stained and dirty. Though I was told they had been washed, they didn't look clean enough to sleep on. I understand that previous guests may have dirtied them, but it's not fair to expect the next person, who has paid for the room, to accept that

Booked for 3 nights The location in just opposite to FCI godown main gate. You have to come through a big traffic block starting from kazhakkoottam junction next to AJ hospital and the block last upto the pocket road to enter the FCI godown road. Every day morning and evening you have to be in traffic about 30 mins. The building has a space to park a car and upto 5 two wheelers. You will not be able to park outside on the road side because of the Trucks came to FCI. You won't get anything from the hotel except a small soap and a towel. You won't get even a bottle of water. You have to buy everything from outside. The bedsheet and the blankets and pillows covers are having dirty marks. You will definitely feel it unhygienic. The heater was not working and to make it work you have to press the reset button everytime which is a headache. No hook to hang your dress TV is not working Even though it's power light is on. Ac is working but has only working at 24 degree. You can't adjust with the remote. Do not pay for the breakfast because they won't provide food. I paid but later got refunded from ixigo. No hotels nearby. You have only option is either Swiggy or Zomato. Overall it was pathetic. I booked this looking at the picture in ixigo.

I booked and paid for two AC rooms, but the air conditioning in both rooms was not functioning. I filed a complaint with OYO, but neither they nor the hotel took any action. The ceiling had a hole that was partially covered with insulation tape. I've never experienced anything like this in any hotel before.

I am very unhappy with this hotel and would strongly suggest future guests reconsider before booking. I reserved this place through Agoda because of the appealing photos and many positive reviews, but the actual experience was completely different. The listing was very misleading, and I feel deceived. The room we received was in terrible shape. The walls had extensive black mold, damp spots, and fungal growth, especially near the bed and entrance. The room smelled musty, making it unpleasant to stay in and raising serious hygiene and health concerns. The bedding and pillows were just as disappointing. The pillowcases were stained and discolored, making us doubt if the linens had been properly cleaned or changed before we arrived. Instead of a clean and comfortable room, we found poor upkeep and a total lack of cleanliness. What made this worse was that none of these issues showed in the photos or reviews on Agoda. The online pictures showed bright, clean, and well-kept rooms, which was very different from what we got. We spent our money expecting a decent stay but ended up feeling cheated and unhappy. This was not only about comfort but also about basic hygiene and safety. No guest should have to stay in a room with visible mold and dirty bedding. I truly hope Agoda looks into this property and makes sure hotels cannot mislead customers with old or inaccurate photos and questionable reviews. Travelers deserve honest listings to make informed choices. Sadly, this stay turned what should have been a pleasant trip into a very bad experience. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone unless major improvements are made in cleanliness, maintenance, and honesty.
