I booked this property through Agoda after checking the photos, reviews, price, and location. The photos online looked reasonably clean and suitable for a one-night stay, especially considering the affordable price. The reviews were also quite good, and the location shown on the listing indicated that it was around 5.7 km from the railway station. Based on all of this information, I felt comfortable making the booking. However, my experience after booking was completely different from what was represented online. After making the booking, I contacted Agoda because I was having difficulty finding the exact property location. Agoda contacted the owner, and the owner sent me a completely different location and even a different name for the property. The name and location he provided were not the same as what was shown on the Agoda listing. This was extremely confusing and concerning. The property was also not a lake-view property as I had understood from the listing. The owner was not helpful at all. I was travelling and did not understand the local language, and even my driver was trying to ask him for directions and clarification. Instead of helping us reach the property safely, he simply sent a location and told us to check it. His attitude was extremely rude and unhelpful.I eventually arrived at around 12:00 midnight, and I was honestly shocked by the surroundings. The property is in a very isolated and poorly maintained area, far from what I expected based on the online listing. As a woman travelling alone, I immediately felt extremely unsafe and uncomfortable. The surroundings were dark, isolated and frightening, and the property itself did not give me any sense of security. There was no proper security, and the building and surroundings looked extremely old, poorly maintained and deserted. I also did not see any women or other guests around, which made me even more uncomfortable as a solo female traveller arriving alone late at night. The room itself was in an unacceptable condition. The moment I entered, I found a cockroach and spiders inside the room, including on or around the bed. The person there eventually caught the cockroach with his bare hand and threw it outside, but this does not solve the underlying hygiene problem. The entire room appeared poorly cleaned. There was dust everywhere, the floor was dirty, and the bedsheets were in extremely poor condition and had an unpleasant smell. The blanket was particularly disgusting and looked as though it had not been properly washed or cleaned for a very long time. I genuinely felt uncomfortable touching it. My skin was itching after being in the room. I can provide photographs showing the condition of the blanket, bedsheets, room and other areas. The bathroom was also not properly maintained. The toilet flush was not working, the water quality was poor, and basic amenities were completely missing. There was no soap, no shampoo, no proper toiletries and not even a bottle of drinking water. For a hotel listed on a major booking platform, these are basic necessities that guests should reasonably expect. The lighting was also not functioning properly. The beds were uncomfortable, the furniture was poorly arranged, and the overall room looked neglected rather than prepared for paying guests. There was also no Wi-Fi and practically no network connectivity, which made the situation even worse. Being in an isolated location late at night with no reliable internet or phone connectivity is a serious concern, particularly for someone travelling alone. What is most frustrating is that I had already paid and arrived at midnight. At that hour, I did not realistically have the option of simply leaving, finding another hotel and starting over. I was already in an unfamiliar area, it was extremely late, and I had nowhere else arranged to stay. I felt trapped by the situation. This experience was not simply a case of a cheap hotel being basic. The problem is that the proper
