Hotel O Paharganj

I had a very bad experience at this hotel. I had specifically booked an AC room, but when I arrived after a long and tiring journey, the receptionist was extremely rude and bluntly told me that there are no AC rooms in the hotel. Instead of helping or explaining politely, they told me to ’go talk to wherever you booked from,’ showing zero concern or hospitality.I was shocked by how unprofessional and unwelcoming the staff was. To make it worse, no refund was provided, even though the room I booked did not exist. This is false advertising and completely unacceptable.Avoid this place if you expect basic courtesy, honesty, or comfort. Not worth the stress.

"Absolute Nightmare ’ Avoid This Hotel!"I regret booking Hotel O, Paharganj, Delhi’this place is a total disaster. The room was filthy, with a horrible smell, a broken bathroom door that wouldn’t lock, and a washbasin tap that didn’t even work’no water at all! There was no hot water because their boiler was broken, and when we asked in the early morning, the staff got angry at us instead of fixing the issue.The staff and manager are unbelievably rude and unprofessional. When we complained about these problems, they gave us unnecessary attitude instead of helping. At check-in, they forced us to get a Xerox of our ID at our own expense, even though DigiLocker IDs are valid everywhere.To make matters worse, the hotel is extremely noisy at night. Loud noises continued all night, and the night staff did nothing to stop it’they simply didn’t care about customers. On top of that, the staff argued with each other, the service was pathetic, and the entire hotel was completely undisciplined.If you’re considering this place, DON’T. Horrible rooms, zero service, rude staff, and a miserable experience. Save your money and book somewhere else!
