1) Very poor experience at Hotel O Sunshine Inn Sadar Nagpur. 2) The night shift manager at reception was very rude. 3) Staff behaved badly. 4) The night staff reception manager had very bad behavior. 5) Worst experience ever. Regarding the night staff reception manager's behavior, I explained in Hindi: 1) At Hotel O Sunshine Sadar Nagpur, as soon as I entered reception, the manager said no rooms were available. But when I showed my online booking, he checked and then was ready to give a room. They should inform guests early in the morning if no rooms are available so guests can rest. If a guest has an online booking, they should make 100% effort to provide a room. 2) There were double bookings, but the reception manager said it was a single guest booking. When shown the details (1 classic room for 2 adults), the manager had no reply. It seems like they want the guest's booking to be canceled so they can rest in the morning. 3) My ID was not updated. When I asked the reception manager to download it, I offered to provide OTP, but he was not ready to do it. This causes loss or profit issues for the owner. 4) The housekeeping staff should be spoken to properly. The reception manager had too much attitude for his position. 5) The reception manager was rude. I did not want to stay, so I canceled the booking. The manager did not care about guest needs; they just want payment. Guests leave, payments come, so they don't care about losses to the owner.
