I faced an incredibly stressful and frustrating situation. It is completely unacceptable that the hotel staff treated me poorly and refused a valid online booking. Furthermore, the hotel was filthy and in unhygienic conditions. I left the place immediately. The booking amount was not refunded by Agoda. Don't book this hotel!
